摘　　要：目的:调查分析青岛市城乡慢性病居民抑郁状况及影响因素,为改善该人群的心理健康提供依据。方法:采用四阶段分层随机抽样法,利用基本信息调查表和抑郁量表对青岛市7区5县共3874名慢性病居民展开调查。运用logistic回归和决策树CHAID算法对城乡慢性病居民抑郁影响因素进行分析。结果:青岛市城乡慢性病居民抑郁发生率为5%,不同性别、地区、婚姻状况的慢性病居民抑郁状况差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为4.42、38.49、3.88,P值均<0.05)。女性、居住在城市、无工作、患有糖尿病/高血压、不经常锻炼的慢性病居民更容易发生抑郁。结论:应制定有针对性的心理干预模式,重点关注女性、城市、患有糖尿病/高血压、不经常参加锻炼且目前无工作的慢性病居民的心理健康状况。OBJECTIVE To explore the status-quo of depression and its influencing factors among urban and rural residents with chronic diseases in Qingdao.METHODS Four stage stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the residents form 7 districts and 5 couties of Qingdao.Related information was collected by the basic information questionnaire and depression scale questionnaire.Logistic regression and decision tree CHAID algorithm were used to analyze the influencing factors of depression.RESULTS The incidence of depressive was 5%in Qingdao.There was significant difference in depressive among residents of different genders,regions and marital status(P<0.05).According to Logistic regression and decision tree results,it was found that the residents who were women,living in urban areas,having no work,having diabetes and hypertension,and less frequent exercise were more likely to suffer from depression.CONCLUSION It should formulate a targeted psychological intervention model,and pay more attention to the mental health for chronic residents.
