摘 要:运用文献资料调研等方法,探讨体教融合背景下中小学校园体育文化建设的价值和困境,发现中小学校园体育文化建设有利于提高课程质量、丰富课余活动;进一步打造校园文化氛围、提高学生素养;完善场地设施、助推校园建设。然而,目前中小学校园体育文化建设存在政策目标性不足、制度化不够完善;开展途径单一、内容和形式亟待丰富;专业师资支撑性不够、理论知识需进一步构建;基础建设缺乏、文化“硬”实力尚待完善等困境。提出要基于体教融合,完善校园体育文化目标性政策;丰富课堂教学,开展多种建设形式和内容;增强体育教师文化修养、培养理论意识与能力;优化体育文化氛围,加强校园体育文化物质建设等。Using literature research and other methods,it explore the value and dilemmas of the construction of physical education culture in primary and secondary schools under the background of integration of sports and education,and find that the construction of physical education culture in primary and secondary schools is conducive to improving the quality of the curriculum and enriching after-school activities,further creating a campus cultural atmosphere and improving students'literacy,and improving venue facilities and promoting campus construction.However,at present,the construction of physical education culture in primary and secondary schools suffers from insufficient policy objectives and inadequate institutionalisation,a single way of implementation and a need to enrich content and forms,insufficient support from professional teachers and a need to further build up theoretical knowledge,and a lack of infrastructure and hard cultural strength.It is proposed to improve the target policy of campus physical culture based on the integration of sports and education,enrich classroom teaching and carry out various forms and contents of construction,enhance the cultural cultivation of physical education teachers and cultivate theoretical awareness and ability,and optimize the atmosphere of physical culture and strengthen the material construction of campus physical culture.
