外墙无机保温砂浆系统常见质量缺陷原因分析及维修要点

摘　　要：建筑外墙使用无机保温砂浆外保温系统时,随着使用时间的增加,容易出现空鼓、开裂、脱落等现象,威胁社会公共安全。文章以上海健康医学院新南苑校区为例,对建筑外墙无机保温砂浆系统常见质量缺陷产生的原因进行分析;通过对其中1栋图文楼和3栋学生公寓楼的全方面检测比较,提出采用“整体置换修复”的方式对上述房屋外立面进行修缮,并选用有釉面发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体板作为建筑物新的外保温系统,使其外立面安全系数和稳定性得到大幅度提高。When external thermal insulation system of inorganic thermal insulation mortar is adopted for building exterior wall,with the elapse of usage time,phenomena of hollowing,cracking and ablation are prone to occurrence,threatening social and public safety.This paper takes the New Nanyuan Campus of Shanghai Health Medical College as an example,it analyzes the cause for emergence of common quality defect in inorganic thermal insulation mortar system in building exterior wall;through all-round defection comparison to one graphic building and three student apartment buildings,it puts forward renovating the façade of the above-mentioned houses by means of“overall replacement repair”,and selects glazed foamed ceramic insulation and decoration integrated board as the new external thermal insulation system for the buildings,so that the safety factor and stability of its façade are greatly improved.
