镇肝熄风汤联合奥氮平片对脑器质性精神障碍认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察镇肝熄风汤联合奥氮平片对脑器质性精神障碍患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取赣州市第三人民医院2021年10月至2022年11月收治的脑器质性精神障碍患者100例,依据就诊的先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组给予奥氮平片治疗,研究组给予镇肝熄风汤联合奥氮平片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后简易精神状态量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、简明精神评定量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)、阳性和阴性精神症状量表(positive and negative psychiatric symptom scale,PANSS)评分及各生化指标变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗2周后、治疗4周后MMSE各指标评分、总分高于本组治疗前,且研究组MMSE各指标评分、总分均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗2周后、治疗4周后BPRS、PANSS各项评分低于本组治疗前,且研究组低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗2周后、治疗4周后HDL-C水平高于本组治疗前,LDL-C水平低于本组治疗前,且组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率分别为26.00%和20.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:镇肝熄风汤联合奥氮平片能显著缓解脑器质性精神障碍患者的临床症状,改善其认知功能。Objective:To observe the influence of Liver-Sedating and Wind-Extinguishing Decoction combined with Olanzapine Tablets on the cognitive function of brain-organic mental disorders.Methods:A total of 100 patients with brain-organic mental disorders admitted to Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group based on the order of treatment,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine Tablets,while the study group was treated with Liver-Sedating and Wind-Extinguishing Decoction combined with Olanzapine Tablets.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.The changes of mini-mental state examination(MMSE),brief psychological rating scale(BPRS),positive and negative psychological symptom scale(PANSS)scores and various biochemical indicators before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment were observed respectively.Results:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the MMSE scores and total scores of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment respectively,and the MMSE scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the BPRS and PANSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment respectively,and the study group′s above scores were lower than those of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the HDL-C levels of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment respectively,while the LDL-C level was lower than that before treatment.All the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the study group was 26.00%and 20.00%respec
