摘　　要：中医药运用治未病理论,从整体出发,辨证运用中药方剂及非药物疗法,联合生活方式干预,降低血压,改善体质,保护靶器官,阻断高血压进程,具有综合调节的独特优势。但目前的研究尚存在一些问题:①缺乏客观的病机演变理论;②证候分型标准多依据个人临床经验制定,缺乏规范化的诊断标准;③随机对照试验较少,样本量小,观察周期短,循证医学证据不足。未来可进行以下研究:①建立数字化平台,整理挖掘古今文献,完善、总结高血压前期病因病机演变理论、中医证候分布特点;②增加专家的咨询调查和流行病学研究,建立规范的中医证型诊断标准,统计分析西医检查指标与中医证候的相关性,为临床辨证提供客观依据。③开展大样本、多中心、随机、双盲、对照试验,为中医药在高血压前期防治中的应用提供循证医学支持。TCM applies the theory of preventive treatment of disease,starting from a holistic perspective,using Chinese medicinal formulas and non-pharmacological therapies,combined with lifestyle interventions,which can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve physical fitness,protect target organ damage,block the process of hypertension,and have unique advantages in comprehensive regulation.However,there are still some problems in current research:①There is lack of objective theory of pathogenesis evolution;②The criteria for syndrome classification are mostly based on individual clinical experience,lacking standardized diagnostic standards;③There are few randomized controlled trials,small sample sizes,short observation periods,and insufficient evidence in evidence-based medicine.In the future,the following research can be conducted:①To establish a digital platform,organize and excavate ancient and modern literature,improve and summarize the theory of the etiology and pathogenesis of prehypertension,and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes;②To increase expert consultation and epidemiological research,establish standardized diagnostic standards for TCM syndrome types,statistically analyze the correlation between Western medicine examination indicators and TCM syndromes,and provide objective basis for clinical syndrome differentiation;③To conduct large-scale,multi-center,randomized,double-blind,and controlled trials to provide evidence-based medical support for the prevention and treatment of prehypertension with TCM.
