含硫天然气田地面设施泄漏试验技术应用探索

摘  要:含硫天然气生产装置首次投产或检修后投产前需开展泄漏试验,确保法兰密封面、螺纹连接和阀门填料函等部位安全可靠。分析对比用于含硫天然气田泄漏试验方法的特点,包括气密性试验和氦检漏试验。其中气密性试验通过产品天然气、原料天然气、氮气车制氮、液氮气化或压缩空气等建压,使用气泡检漏法检测泄漏。氦检漏试验通过氮气车制氮、液氮气化和压缩空气等建压,混合注入氦气,使用氦质谱检漏法检测泄漏。对比分析认为中低含硫天然气田使用氮气建压气泡检漏法较合适,高含硫天然气田宜使用氦氮检漏法。The leak test should be carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of flange sealing surface,threaded connection,valve stuffing box and other components before the first operation or after the maintenance of the sulfurious gas production unit.The characteristics of leak test methods applied in sulfur-bearing gas fields,including gas tightness test and helium leak test,have been analyzed and compared.For the gas tightness test,pressure is created by product gas,feed gas,nitrogen from nitrogen inflating vehicle,gasified liquid nitrogen or compressed air,and the leakage is detected by bubble testing.For the helium leak test,pressure is produced by nitrogen from nitrogen vehicle,gasified liquid nitrogen and compressed air,mixed with helium gas,and the leakage is detected by helium mass spectrum.The comparative analysis shows that the bubble leak test with producing pressure by nitrogen is appropriate in low and middle sulfur-bearing gas fields,and the helium/nitrogen leak test is right in high sulfur-bearing gas fields.
