摘  要:渤海油田某凹陷中深层油气资源潜力巨大,是渤海勘探的重点区域。在钻井过程中,存在井壁失稳、钻具断裂等复杂事故,影响钻井效率。因此有必要通过现场数据分析,明确造成钻井复杂事故的原因,进而制定提效方案。通过文献调研、现场数据统计分析、岩石力学实验等手段对事故原因进行了分析总结。实验结果表明:渤海油田某凹陷东营至沙河街组岩心属硬脆性泥页岩,硬度高、强度大,力学性质具有各向异性且有微裂缝发育。根据事故原因和油田提速工具调研结果给出了相应的对策和建议:根据地层特性优选钻井提速工具;控制钻井液密度;对已投入使用的常规钻井提速工具进行优化改进。Some depressed area of Bohai oilfields,in which the potential of deep oil-gas resources is huge,is the key area of Bohai exploration.In the process of well drilling,some complicated accidents usually appear like the instability of borehole and the breakage of drilling tool,affecting the efficiency of well drilling.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the causes of complicated accidents through the analysis of onsite data,and thus establish the improving scheme.This paper analyzes and summarizes the accident causes by means of the methods like literature research and investigation,analysis of onsite data statistics,and the experiment of rock mechanics.Results show that rock core in the section of Dongying to Shahejie in some depressed area of Bohai oilfields belongs to hard britle shale,with high hardness and great intensity,and mechanical properties of anisotropic property and microfssure development.According to the ac cident reasons and research results of speed-raising tools in oilfields,some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which include selecting drilling speed-raising tools preferably according to geological characteristics,controlling the density of drilling fluid,and optimizing and improving the conventional speed-raising tools used in production.
