摘  要:玻璃钢敷缆复合连续油管采用新型材料制作而成,抗磨损性能强,寿命长,具有良好的防蜡防垢防腐蚀性能。实现了管缆一体化,动力电缆、辅热电缆、信号电缆敷设于管材内部,能够高效的将地面的电能传递至井下;能够实现对井筒内流体的加热,辅助稠油举升;能够将井下的温度、压力数据实时地传递至地面,为判断油井生产情况提供了有力条件。同时也减少了日常生产过程中因油管蠕动以及修井作业对无杆泵井下动力电缆的损伤,降低了检泵工作量。该管的导热系数较低,具有一定的隔热保温功能。与无杆泵的组合使用彻底解决了管杆偏磨问题,能够很好地适应今后丛式井开发的需要。Cable-laying coiled fiberglass pipe is made of new materials,it has characteristics of powerful antifraying,long life,and good properties of paraffin control,scale prevention,and anticorrosion.Due to realizing an integration of cable and tube,power cable,auxilia ry heat cable,and signal cable are laid in internal tube,and this can efficiently transfer surficial electrical energy to the downhole,realize the heating of fluid inside the well tube and the lfting of auxiliary thick oil,and transmit the downhole temperature,pressure data to the earth's surface in real time,and thus provide powerful conditions for the assessment of oil well production situation.Meanwhile,this also reduces the damage of downhole power cable of rodless pump in daily production process due to tubing peristalsis and repair work,lowering the workload of detecting pump.Because of lower heat conductivity,this tube possesses certain heat insulation function.Besides,the combined use of rodless pump has thoroughly solved the problem of pipe rod partial grinding,being able to agree with the needs of future cluster wells development commendably.
