摘 要:水肥管理在紫花苜蓿生长发育过程中起到至关重要的作用。为探讨钙蛋白液对紫花苜蓿生长和营养指标的影响,通过灌施的方式采用单因素试验开展钙蛋白液的应用效果、剂量效果及其与菌剂的组合效果研究,测定紫花苜蓿株高、鲜产量、干产量及粗蛋白含量。结果表明:(1)钙蛋白液的应用效果试验中,225 kg·hm^(-2)钙蛋白处理组紫花苜蓿产量均较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),其中鲜、干产量分别提高了23.59%和24.40%;(2)钙蛋白液的剂量效果试验,225、450 kg·hm^(-2)钙蛋白液处理均有助于紫花苜蓿增产,但剂量处理之间差异不显著,且增产效果因紫花苜蓿建植年限不同存在差异;(3)钙蛋白液与菌剂组合效果试验,钙蛋白液(225 kg·hm^(-2))及其与菌剂(15 kg·hm^(-2))的组合处理均有助于紫花苜蓿显著增产(P<0.05),其对灌施后3茬(二、三、四茬)紫花苜蓿总干产量的增幅分别可达29.37%、29.58%,但2个处理之间差异未达显著水平;(4)各年份同一茬次的处理组于对照组对紫花苜蓿粗蛋白含量差异表现均不显著。综合而言,在常规管理条件下,灌施钙蛋白液225 kg·hm^(-2)即可实现紫花苜蓿在稳定粗蛋白含量的前提下显著增产。Water and fertilizer management plays an important role in the growth and development of Alfalfa.In order to investigate the effects of Calcin(Liquid)on the growth and nutritional indexes of Alfalfa,the single factor test was carried out to study the application effect,dosage effect and its combination effect with microbial inoculum,the plant height,fresh matter yield,dry matter yield and crude protein content of Alfalfa were determined.The results showed as follows.(1)In the experiment of application effect of Calcin(Liquid),the Alfalfa yield of Calcin(Liquid)treatment(225 kg·hm^(-2))was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05),which the fresh matter yield and dry matter yield increased by 23.59%and 24.40%,respectively.(2)In the experiment of dose effect of Calcin(Liquid),the treatments of Calcin(Liquid)with the application amount of 225,450 kg·hm^(-2) was beneficial to the yield increase of Alfalfa,but there was no significant difference between the dose treatments,and the yield increase effect was different with different planting years of Alfalfa.(3)In the experiment of Calcin(Liquid)combining with microbial inoculum,the treatment of Calcin(Liquid)(225 kg·hm^(-2))and its combination with microbial inoculum(15 kg·hm^(-2))could significantly increase the yield of Alfalfa(P<0.05),the total dry matter yield(2-4 stubble)increased by 29.37%and 29.58%respectively,but there was no significant difference between the two treatments.(4)In the experiment,there was no significant difference in crude protein content between the treatment group and the control group in the same crop.In conclusion,under conventional management conditions,irrigating Calcin(Liquid)of 225 kg·hm^(-2) can significantly increase the yield of Alfalfa with stable crude protein content.
