摘 要:基于专利地图从申请与公开趋势、主要地域分布、重点技术、主要竞争机构、专利价值、技术生命周期等方面对汽车覆盖件模具行业发展态势进行分析,结果显示日本汽车覆盖件模具专利数量最多,国外汽车覆盖件模具专利质量与成果转化率更高,基本完成了核心技术领域专利布局;但国外汽车覆盖件模具专利大部分已失效,比国内更晚进入技术成熟期和技术瓶颈期;国内汽车覆盖件模具行业实现了跨越式发展,与国外相比在多方面仍存在较大差距,属于技术追随者,应从加大技术攻关、提高专利质量、优化布局、挖掘国外失效专利价值、科学规划等方面进行改善。Base on the patent map,the development trend of the automobile cover panel die indus⁃try was analyzed from the aspects of the application and publication trend,main regional distribu⁃tion,key technologies,main competitive institutions,patent value,technology life cycle,etc.The results showed that Japan had the the largest number of automobile cover panel die patents,the foreign patents of automobile cover panel die had higher quality and achievement conversion rates,and the core technology field patent layout had been basically completed.However,most of the foreign patents of automobile cover panel die had expired,and they entered the technology ma⁃turity and bottleneck stage later than the domestic ones.The domestic automobile cover panel die industry had achieved leapfrog development,but there was still a big gap compared with foreign countries in many aspects,it belonged to the technical followers.It should be improved from the aspects of increasing technical research,improving patent quality,optimizing layout,mining the value of foreign invalid patents,scientific planning and so on.
