摘　　要：分析了焊接镀金片弹簧的成形工艺,并阐述了镀金片弹簧的排样设计、支撑板成形设计和焊接镀金片弹簧的难点,确定了级进模的总体结构。模具经实际生产验证:结构紧凑、可靠,能保证成形零件的质量,提升了生产效率,为类似零件的模具设计提供一定的参考作用。The welding process of gold-plated flat spring was analyzed,and the difficulties of the layout design,the forming design of support plate and the welding of gold-plated flat spring were described,and the overall structure of progressive die was determined.The die had been verified by the actual production that the die structure was compact and reliable,which could ensure the quality of formed parts,improve production efficiency,and provide a certain reference for mold de⁃sign of similar parts.
