超高强钢热冲压零件冷冲切延迟开裂特性试验研究

摘  要:为评估超高强钢热冲压零件冷冲切代替激光切割方案的服役特性,开发了1副冷冲切试验模具,可实现8种圆角半径(矩形孔)、5种冲裁间隙冲孔(圆孔)和3种切边角度下的超高强钢热冲压冷冲切试验,之后对1.2、1.4 mm料厚淬火B1500HS钢板进行冷冲切及延迟开裂试验评估,结果发现仅1.2 mm料厚冷冲切试样方孔特征边缘出现未贯穿料厚的小裂纹。基于此进一步评估了冷冲切和激光切割热冲压B柱的延迟开裂特性,试验结果表明:冷冲切B柱在圆角特征和个别孔位置出现延迟开裂,而激光切割B柱均未发现延迟开裂裂纹,热冲压零件可以采用局部冷冲切组合激光切割的方案进行生产降本。In order to evaluate the service characteristics of cold punching and cutting instead of la⁃ser cutting for hot stamping parts,a pair of cold punching and cutting die was developed,which could realized the cold punching test of hot stamping steel plate under eight kinds of fillet radius(rectangular hole),five kinds of blanking clearance piercing(round hole)and three kinds of cut⁃ting angles.Then,the cold punching and cutting and delayed cracking tests were carried out on the quenched B1500HS steel plate with 1.2 mm and 1.4 mm thickness,the results showed that only small cracks without penetrating the thickness of the material appeared on the characteristic side of the square hole of the cold punching and cutting sample with 1.2 mm thickness.Based on this,the delayed cracking characteristics of cold punching and cutting hot stamping B-pillar and laser cutting hot stamping B-pillar were further evaluated,the test results showed that the cold punch⁃ing and cutting B-pillar had delayed cracking in the fillet feature and individual hole positions,but no delayed cracking cracks were found in the laser cutting B-pillar,the scheme of local cold punch⁃ing and cutting combined laser cutting could be adopted to reduce the production cost of the hotstamping parts.
