摘  要:通过总结汽车外覆盖件回弹情况,分析了零件着色偏差的原因,根据CAE软件分析及现场拉深零件扫描数据,对修边工序的数模进行型面贴模处理,在不影响零件测量分值的前提下,有效提升了后工序零件的贴模度,使零件的定位精度和尺寸稳定性得到提升,将着色差异控制在5%以内。By summarizing the springback situation of the automobile outer covering parts,the causes of the coloring deviation of the parts were analyzed.According to the CAE software analy⁃sis and the scanning data of the drawing parts,the numerical model of the trimming process was processed by the surface character.Under the premise of not affecting the measurement score of the parts,the part-die contact gap of the post-process part was effectively improved,and the posi⁃tioning accuracy and dimensional stability of the parts were improved,controlling the coloring dif⁃ference within 5%.
