工学结合教学法在《冲压模具设计》课程中的实践

摘　　要：分析了《冲压模具设计》课程教学改革的思路,并强调理论教学与先进企业实际工作经验相结合的必要性。结合工学结合教学法的要求,针对高职高专的《冲压模具设计》课程进行研究与实践,按照人才培养方案,从课程的教学大纲出发,以培养符合企业要求的人才为目标,对课程的教学大纲、教学案例、培养方案、教师队伍、实训方式等进行改革,并邀请与学校合作的企业参与教学中,取得了良好的教学改革效果。The idea of teaching reform of"Stamping die design"course was analyzed,the necessity of combining theoretical teaching with practical working experience in advanced enterprises was emphasized.Combined with the requirements of the teaching method of integration of school learning with workplace learning teaching,in view of the research and practice of the"Stamping die design"course in higher vocational colleges,according to the talent training program,starting from the course syllabus,the course syllabus,teaching cases,training programs,teacher teams,practical training methods were reformed to cultivate talents meeting the requirements of the fac⁃tory as the goal,the factory enterprises cooperating with the college was invited to participate in the teaching,and the good teaching reform results had been achieved.
