摘 要:经自由锻(芯轴拔长)成形的7050铝合金大型锻管,热处理前超声波探伤合格,热处理后复检发现超标的超声波探伤点状缺陷,且多批次的锻管均存在此类问题。随即停产排查分析原因,相继排查了原材料、热处理和锻造工序,最终确认不良的芯轴拔长方式导致了点状缺陷,缺陷经热处理被放大形成超标超声波点状缺陷。经调整芯轴拔长操作,能够消除大型铝合金锻管中出现的超标超声波点状缺陷。The 7050 aluminum alloy large forged tube formed by free forging(mandrel drawing)was qualified by ultrasonic inspection before heat treatment,but the ultrasonic inspection spot defects exceeding the standard were found in the reinspection after heat treat⁃ment,and this kind of problem existed in many batches of forged pipe.Then the investigation and analysis of the cause were carried out,and the raw materials,heat treatment and forging process were investigated successively.Finally,it was confirmed that the defec⁃tive mandrel drawing method had produced point-like defects,and the defects were amplified by heat treatment to form superstandard ultrasonic point-like defects.By adjusting the length of the mandrel,the ultrasonic spot defects in large aluminum alloy forged pipes can be eliminated.
