摘　　要：为了获得综合性能优良的7050合金大型锻管,需要对铸锭规格合理选择,对铸锭的内在质量、锻管成型方式和热处理等重要环节进行特别控制,以适应在液压机自由锻造设备条件下经济、高效、质量稳定地生产。提出了熔铸、锻造、热处理各环节对锻管综合性能有重要影响的控制参数及其控制方法,形成的关键技术能够生产出优质的7050-T74铝合金大型锻管。In order to obtain 7050 alloy large forged tube with excellent comprehensive performance,it is necessary to select the speci⁃fication of ingot reasonably,and to control the inner quality of ingot,forming method of forged tube and heat treatment,so as to adapt to the economic,efficient and stable quality production under the condition of free forging equipment of hydraulic press.In this paper,the control parameters and their control methods which have important influence on the comprehensive performance of forged tube are put forward.The key technologies formed can produce high quality 7050-T74 aluminum alloy large forged tube.
