7136挤压管材头尾性能差异产生原因分析

摘  要:为了分析7136挤压管材头尾性能差异产生的原因,模拟7136管材在不同铸锭温度和挤压速度条件下的挤压过程。在挤压速度为0.2 mm/s时,管材挤压出口处的温度几乎不受初始铸锭温度影响;在铸锭温度为400℃时,管材挤压出口处的温度随挤压速度的增大而增大。挤压管材应变不受初始铸锭温度和挤压速度的影响,管材心部应变从头到尾均为3,管材头部的内侧和外侧应变分别为9和10,管材尾部的内侧和外侧应变分别为15和21。挤压管材再结晶情况既受初始铸锭温度影响也受挤压速度影响,在各工艺条件下,管材心部再结晶体积分数从头到尾不超过10%,管材内侧和外侧再结晶体积分数从头到尾在40%~80%之间。综合应变、温度和再结晶结果可知,挤压管材头尾性能差异产生的原因是头尾经过挤压出口处的温度不同。In order to analyze the reason of the difference between the head and tail properties of 7136 extruded pipe caused by extru⁃sion process,the extrusion process of 7136 pipe under different ingot temperature and extrusion speed was simulated.When the extru⁃sion speed is 0.2mm/s,the temperature at the extrusion outlet of the pipe is almost not affected by the initial ingot temperature.When the ingot temperature is 400℃,the temperature at the extrusion outlet increases with the increase of extrusion speed.The strain of ex⁃truded pipe is not affected by the initial ingot temperature and extrusion speed.The strain in the center of the pipe is 3 from head to tail,the strain in the inner and outer sides of the pipe head is 9 and 10,and the strain in the inner and outer sides of the pipe tail is 15 and 21,respectively.The recrystallization of extruded pipes is affected by both the initial ingot temperature and the extrusion speed.Under each process condition,the recrystallization volume fraction of the pipe core is not more than 10%from head to tail,and the re⁃crystallization volume fraction of the inner and outer sides of the pipe is between 40%and 80%.
