摘  要:相比单一组分的素色粉末而言,复合粉、金属粉是由不同比重、不同颜色的双组分或多组分粉末颗粒以及金属铝粉混合绑定而成。在铝型材涂装生产过程中,复合粉、金属粉类喷涂产品的生产操作难度大,颜色不稳定,极易产生色差,易导致二次返工甚至报废,增加了生产制造成本。本文充分结合该类粉末的导电吸附特性,详细分析了生产过程中色差产生的原因,通过使用新设计的隔离粉桶,并对静电电压、枪距、链速、挂料方式等各个关键环节进行管控,从而确保产品颜色均匀稳定。Compared with single-component plain powder,composite powder and metal powder were composed of two-compo⁃nent or multi-component powder particles with different specific gravity and different colors and metal aluminum powder mixed and bound.In the process of aluminum profile coating production,composite powder and metal powder spray products were difficult to produce and operate,the color was unstable,and it was easy to produce chromatic aberration,which leads to secondary rework or even scrapping,and increases the production costs.This paper fully combines the conductive adsorption characteristics of this type of powder,and analyzes the causes of color difference in the production process in detail.Through the use of a newly designed isolation powder bucket,and the control of various key links such as electrostatic voltage,gun distance,chain speed,and hanging mode,so as to ensure the product color is uniform and stable.
