电缆拖链系统在磷化工带式输送机移动卸料车上的应用

摘　　要：在中国五环工程有限公司位于印尼的两个磷肥总承包项目中,固体原料(磷矿石、硫磺)及中间产品(湿磷石膏和造粒石膏)的储运系统中共有5条带移动卸料车的带式输送机,均采用电缆拖链系统对移动卸料车进行供电。电缆拖链系统可随移动卸料车同步运动,不需要施加额外动力,运行平稳、维护工作量低。In the two Indonesian phosphate fertilizer projects delivered by Wuhuan Engineering Co.,Ltd.as the EPC Contractor,the storage and transportation system of solid raw materials(phosphate ore,sulfur)and intermediate products(wet phosphogypsum and granulated gypsum)has a total of 5 belt conveyors with mobile dump trucks,all of which are powered through the cable towing chain system.Without additional power,the cable towing chain system can move in line with the dump truck,featuring stable operation and low maintenance workload.
