摘 要:近年来,通过参与煤气化、多晶硅、有机硅等多个项目的换热器布置与配管,了解到不同形式的布置与配管方案。重点从换热器分类、布置、管道布置、支吊架设计、固定端设计等5个方面介绍了在满足行业设计规范的前提下较优的布置与配管方案,分析了不同方案的优点和缺点,结合实际工程经验加以总结对比,提出了比较经典的工程设计理念,希望能够帮助更多的设计工作者设计出安全工程、环保工程、精品工程,减少不必要的设计变更和重复工作。In recent years,through participation in heat exchanger layout and piping work in multiple projects such as coal gasification,polysilicon,and silicone projects,different forms of layout and piping for heat exchangers have been understood.Focus is put on the following 5 aspects(namely,heat exchanger classification and its layout,piping,support and hanger design,and fixed end design)when introducing better layout and piping schemes for heat exchangers under the premise of meeting industrial design standards,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes,and putting forward a more classic engineering design concept by summarizing and comparing practical engineering experience.Hopefully,this could help more engineers to design safe and environmentally friendly projects with high quality,and reduce unnecessary design changes and repetitive work.
