摘 要:传统涤纶织物的染色和碱减量需采用两浴法,工艺流程长、耗水量大。采用耐碱分散染料(分散红HA-RG、分散黄HA-2RW、分散蓝HA-2R)对涤纶进行一浴碱减量和染色加工,探究碱用量对染色及强力性能的影响。结果表明,碱减量织物明度降低,色光在小范围内波动。随着碱用量的增加,织物质量和顶破强力呈线性降低。当三只染料质量分数为1%~3%时,染色提升力好。碱减量后染色涤纶织物的耐摩擦色牢度均达3级以上,耐皂洗、耐日晒和耐升华色牢度均达4级以上,具有较好的服用性能。The traditional dyeing and alkali deweighting finishing of polyester fabrics adopt the two-bath meth⁃od,which has a long process flow and high water consumption.The alkali-resistant disperse dyes(Disperse Red HA-RG,Disperse Yellow HA-2RW,Disperse Blue HA-2R)are used for one bath dyeing and alkali de⁃weighting of polyester,and the influence of alkali dosage on dyeing and strength performance is explored.The results show that the brightness of alkali deweighting fabrics decrease,and the color shade fluctuates within a small range.As the amount of alkali increases,the mass and bursting strength of fabric decrease linearly.When the mass fraction of the three dyes is 1%-3%,the building-up property is good.After alkali deweighting,the color fastness to rubbing of dyed polyester fabric reaches Grade 3 or above,and the color fastnesses to soaping,sunlight and sublimation reach Grade 4 or above,which has good wearing performance.
