摘 要:以石墨烯/铜粉为原料,探讨不同含量石墨烯/铜粉复合涂层的吸波性能。通过扫描电镜、矢量网络分析仪等手段分析复合涂层的形貌结构及反射损耗等。结果表明:在8.0~12.5 GHz测试频段范围内,随着石墨烯和铜粉的加入,复合涂层的电磁参数提高,当涂层中含11%铜粉或15%石墨烯时,其反射率分别达-14.71 dB与-19.14 dB,有效吸收频带宽为2.11 GHz与2.31 GHz;二者复合后,电磁吸收强度增加,最小反射率达-25.73 dB,有效吸收频带宽为3.23 GHz,电磁屏蔽效能增加至36.38 dB。Using graphene/copper powder as the raw material,the electromagnetic absorption performance of graphene/copper powder composite coatings with different contents is investigated.The morphology and re⁃flection loss of the composite coating are analyzed by scanning electron microscope and vector network analyz⁃er.The results show that in the range of 8-12.5 GHz,the electromagnetic parameters of the composite coating increase with the addition of graphene and copper powder.When the coating contains 11%copper powder or 15%graphene,the reflectivity reaches-14.71 dB and-19.14 dB,respectively,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 2.11 GHz and 2.31 GHz.After the combination,the electromagnetic absorption intensity increas⁃es,with a minimum reflectivity of-25.73 dB,an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.23 GHz,and an electro⁃magnetic shielding efficiency of 36.38 dB.
