生态社区建设中居民参与程度度量及影响因素研究——以山东省东营市社区调查为例

摘　　要：生态社区建设是可持续发展理念和生态文明思想在社区层面的重要体现,居民是其中的核心主体之一。借鉴计划行为理论,采用问卷调查数据,从居民认知与态度、参与意愿及实际行为3个维度构建评价指标体系,定量衡量生态社区建设中居民参与程度,并通过多元回归方法分析影响因素。结果表明:居民总体参与程度为“及格”水平,处于“象征性”参与阶段,存在“高认知度、低践行度”的问题;受教育水平、家庭总人口、社区满意度显著正向影响参与程度,而家庭收入水平及住房面积对其有显著负向影响,各变量对参与程度的影响效应主要体现在认知与态度及实际行为层面,其中居民社区满意度的影响程度最大。建议拓宽居民参与渠道、做好环境宣传教育工作及提高居民满意度。The construction of ecological community is an important embodiment of the concept of sustainable development and ecological civilization at the community level,and local residents are one of the core stakeholders.Drawing lessons from the theory of planned behavior and using questionnaire survey data,this paper constructed an evaluation index system from three dimensions of residents’cognition and attitude,willingness to participate and actual behaviors,and then quantitatively measured the degree of residents’participation in the construction of ecological community,also analyzed the determinants by multiple regression model.The results showed that the overall participation degree of residents was at the“pass”level,which was in the stage of“tokenism”,existing the problem of“high awareness,low practice”.Residents’education level,total family population and satisfaction with the community governance had significant positive impacts on the degree of participation,while household income level and housing area had significant negative impacts.The impacts of the independent variables on the degree of participation mainly reflected in the dimensions of cognition and attitude as well as actual behaviors,and residents’satisfaction had the largest impacts.It put forward some suggestions on broadening the channels of residents’participation,doing a good job in environmental publicity and education,and improving residents’satisfaction.
