摘　　要：科技期刊编辑职业效能感能有效反映编辑对其能力和环境的主观感知,可激发编辑自身职业积极性,是其工作的重要动力源泉之一,也是其实现人生价值的内驱力。通过分析编辑职业效能感的内涵与价值,针对科技期刊实际工作需要,对现存问题进行剖析,提出通过提升国内科技期刊编辑文字表达能力、文献研究能力、信息编辑能力、沟通协调能力4条途径培养其职业效能感,切实提高编辑技能,为科技期刊学术水平及编校水平的提升贡献力量。The professional efficacy of sci-tech journal editors can effectively reflect their subjective perception of their abilities and environment,stimulate their own professional motivation,and is also one of the important sources of motivation in their editing work,as well as the internal driving force for realizing their life value.By analyzing the connotation and value of editorial professional efficacy,and in response to the actual work needs of sci-tech journals,the existing problems are analyzed.This paper puts forward four ways to cultivate the professional efficacy of domestic sci-tech journal editors,including improving their skills in writing expression,literature research,information editing,and communication and coordination,in order to effectively improve their editing skills and contribute to the improvement of academic and editorial levels of sci-tech journals.
