数字经济对碳生产率的影响与对策建议——来自我国省际面板数据的证据

摘　　要：数字经济是我国践行新发展理念和推动绿色低碳转型的新动能。基于2011—2020年我国省际面板数据,通过测度各省(市、自治区)的数字经济水平和碳生产率水平发现,我国各省(市、自治区)的数字经济水平不断提升,实现了跨越式发展;数字经济的发展显著提升了省域层面的碳生产率水平,该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;区域异质性分析显示,数字经济的发展提升了东部和西部地区的碳生产率水平。从加快数字经济发展建设,以数字经济赋能低碳技术进步,促进各区域数字经济协同增长等方面促进碳生产率发展。The digital economy has emerged as a new driving force behind China’s adoption of the new devel⁃opment concept and promotion of green and low-carbon transformation.To investigate the impact of the digital economy on China’s inter-provincial carbon productivity,this study uses inter-provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 to measure the level of the digital economy and carbon productivity for each Chinese province.The findings are as follows:Firstly,the level of the digital economy in each Chinese province has been in⁃creasing,and recent years have seen a leapfrog development.Secondly,the development of the digital economy has had a significant positive effect on the level of carbon productivity at the provincial level in China.This conclusion stands up to a series of tests.Finally,regional heterogeneity analysis demonstrates that the de⁃velopment of the digital economy has mainly contributed to the carbon productivity levels in the eastern and western regions of China.Based on the research findings and the current macro context of China’s vigorous de⁃velopment of the digital economy,we propose a set of countermeasure suggestions to promote the development of carbon productivity,empower low-carbon technology development with the digital economy,and promote synergistic development of the digital economy in each region.
