干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片与保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评估干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片与保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的应用效果。方法选取40例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者,按单双数法将其分为对照组(单数)和观察组(双数),各20例。对照组使用干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片进行治疗,观察组使用干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片与保妇康栓联合治疗,比较两组患者的转阴率、复发率、用药后不良反应情况、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果观察组治疗后的转阴率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,用药后的不良反应发生率、CRP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片与保妇康栓联合治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染可有效促进患者病情的痊愈,不良反应较少,能够降低复发的风险。Objective To evaluate the application effect of Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets and Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 40 patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection were selected and divided into the control group(odd number)and the observation group(even number)according to the single and even number method.The control group was treated with Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Baofukang Suppository.The negative conversion rate,recurrence rate,adverse reactions after medication and C-reactive protein(CRP)level were compared between the two groups.Results The negative conversion rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the observation group after treatment were lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and CRP level of the observation group after medication were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets and Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection can effectively promote the recovery of the disease,less adverse reactions,which can reduce the risk of recurrence.
