右美托咪定麻醉诱导前静脉泵注对腹腔镜宫外孕手术患者术后苏醒质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究右美托咪定麻醉诱导前静脉泵注对腹腔镜宫外孕手术患者术后苏醒质量的影响。方法选取60例腹腔镜宫外孕手术患者为对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规麻醉诱导,观察组诱导前静脉泵注右美托咪定。比较两组的麻醉恢复时间、术后恢复指标情况、麻醉不良反应发生率。结果观察组5项麻醉恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后2 h,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、舒适评分(BCS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后6 h、12 h、24 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,BCS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组麻醉不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜宫外孕手术麻醉诱导前静脉泵注右美托咪定的麻醉恢复时间短,术后疼痛症状轻,术后舒适度高,且未见不良反应明显增加,麻醉安全性高,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction on postoperative recovery quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy were selected as subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anesthesia induction,and the observation group was given intravenous dexmedetomidine injection before induction.The anesthesia recovery time,postoperative recovery indexes and the incidence of adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of 5 items of anesthesia in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual analog scale(VAS)and Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS)between the two groups 2 h after surgery(P>0.05).VAS score of observation group was lower than control group 6 h,12 h,24 h after surgery,and BCS score was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse anesthesia reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction in laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery has short anesthesia recovery time,light postoperative pain symptoms,high postoperative comfort,and no significant increase in adverse reactions,high safety of anesthesia,worthy of clinical application.
