孕期保健操及健康教育对预防产后抑郁的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析孕期保健操及健康教育对预防产后抑郁的临床价值。方法选择110例产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=55例,实施常规孕期健康管理)与观察组(n=55例,实施常规孕期健康管理+孕期保健操及健康教育指导)。比较两组干预前后的产妇产后抑郁水平、健康知识掌握度。结果干预前,两组产后抑郁分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组产后抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,比较两组产妇健康知识掌握程度分值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组健康知识掌握程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇实施孕期保健操及健康教育指导,可有效减少产后抑郁现象,协助产妇调节生活,提高其健康知识掌握水平,进一步提高对服务的满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical value of health exercise and health education during pregnancy to prevent postpartum depression.Methods A total of 110 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine pregnancy health management,and the observation group received routine pregnancy health management+pregnancy exercise and health education guidance.The level of postpartum depression and health knowledge were analyzed before and after intervention.Results Before the intervention,the postpartum depression score was compared without the difference(P>0.05).after the intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group,significantly(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the scores of maternal health knowledge between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);after the intervention,the health knowledge score was higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of maternal health exercises and health education guidance during pregnancy can effectively reduce postpartum depression,help the parturients adjust their life,improve their health knowledge level,and further improve their satisfaction with services.
