疏风散热方联合色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗急性非化脓性中耳炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏风散热方联合色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗急性非化脓性中耳炎的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月嘉兴市妇幼保健院收治的急性非化脓性中耳炎患者122例,均口服头孢羟氨苄胶囊治疗。其中61例对照组患者在此基础上给予色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗,61例观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合疏风散热方治疗,两组治疗疗程均为2周。观察并比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后主要症状(耳鸣、耳内闭塞感和耳内胀闷)评分、听力功能(气导听阈和骨导听阈)、血清炎症因子[IL-6、TNF-α和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(90.16%比75.41%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者耳鸣、耳内闭塞感和耳内胀闷评分,气导听阈和骨导听阈,血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前(均P<0.05);且观察组患者以上指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在口服抗菌药物的基础上,疏风散热方联合色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂治疗急性非化脓性中耳炎效果良好。Objective To assess the efficacy of Chinese medicine Shufengsanre Decoction combined with sodium cromoglicate,naphazoline hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate nasal spray in the treatment of acute non-suppurative otitis media.Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with acute non-suppurative otitis media treated in Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were included.All patients received oral cefadroxil capsules;in addition,nasal spray was given to 61 patients(control group),and nasal spray and Shufengsanre Decoction were given to another 61 patients(study group).The treatment course of both groups was 2 weeks.The main symptoms(tinnitus,occlusive sensation in the ear,and distension in the ear),hearing function(air conduction hearing threshold and bone conduction hearing threshold),and serum inflammatory factors(IL 6,TNFαand hs-CRP)before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(90.16%vs.75.41%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for tinnitus,ear occlusion,and ear distension,air conduction hearing threshold and bone conduction hearing threshold,serum IL 6,TNFαand hs-CRP levels were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups(all P<0.05);while the above indicators in study group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of oral antibacterial drugs,Chinese medicine Shufengsanre Decoction combined with nasal spray is more effective in the treatment of acute non-suppurative otitis media.
