摘　　要：鹿结核病是由结核分支杆菌复合群引起的一种人兽共患传染病,该病与牛结核病类似,是一种慢性消耗性疾病。近些年来养鹿业已经发展成为我国东北、内蒙古及新疆等地区的特色产业,且在全国各地的动物园、公园也有少量鹿的饲养。但社会对于结核病的关注几乎都落在了人和牛身上,而忽视了与人类关系密切的鹿结核病。目前有许多国家(如新西兰、英国、美国等)报道过鹿结核病。这些国家都采取了一系列措施来监测野鹿和驯养鹿中的结核病,且将鹿结核病的发生控制在较低水平。但我国还没有实施针对野鹿中结核病的监测计划,对驯养鹿中的结核病检测仅有一些地方标准。基于此,论文综述了世界各地鹿结核病的流行情况和防控措施,为我国鹿结核病防控提供参考。Deer tuberculosis(TB)is a zoonotic disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex,which is similar to bovine tuberculosis and is a chronic wasting disease.In recent years,deer farming has developed into a specialty industry in the Northeast,Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang regions of China,and deer are also kept in zoos and parks across the country.However,almost all of society's attention to TB has fallen on people and cattle,neglecting deer TB,which is closely related to humans.Deer TB has been reported in many countries,such as New Zealand,the UK and the USA.These countries have taken a range of measures to monitor TB in wild and domesticated deer to keep the incidence of deer TB at a low level.However,China has not implemented a surveillance programme for TB in wild deer,and there are only a few local standards for TB testing in domesticated deer.Therefore,this paper reviewed the prevalence and control measures of deer TB around the world to provide a reference for deer TB prevention and control in China.
