复边合作视角下的印法两国战略安全合作

摘　　要：印太背景下,印法两国的安全互动显现出复边合作的战略动向。双边层次上,两国安全合作围绕民用核能、海洋及防务安全、防务产品销售与联合研发及太空领域展开。小多边层次上的合作成为两国链接更多印太盟友,有效维护战略安全收益的重要方式。全球及地区多边层次上,两国在一系列问题上相互支持、确认彼此身份和利益。复边视角下,印法战略安全合作的基础在于两国战略目标、原则及实现方式上的契合,同时在西印度洋区域的安全需求、防务产品研发上的相互适应及对中国崛起的共同关切进一步推动两国的安全合作。In the Indo-Pacific context,the security interaction between India and France shows the strategic trend of plurilateral cooperation.At the bilateral level,it focuses on civil nuclear energy,maritime and defense security cooperation,defense product trades and joint research and development,and space cooperation.The cooperation at the minilateral level has become an important way for the two countries to link more Indo-Pacific Allies and effectively maintain strategic security benefits.At the multilateral level,the two countries have supported each other and recognized each other s identities and interests on a range of issues.In the perspective of plurilateral,India-France strategic security cooperation is based on the convergence of strategic objectives,principles and ways of fulfilling strategic objectives.At the same time,the demand for security in the Western Indian Ocean region,mutual accommodation in the research and development of defense products and common concerns about the rise of China in the further promote the security cooperation between the two countries.
