摘 要:为探究黑石礁岩相潮间带大型底栖动物类群间的营养结构特征,于2021年4月在黑石礁岩相潮间带采集了受人为干扰(S1)和自然生境保持良好(S2)2个采样点的大型底栖动物样品,采用δ^(13)C和δ^(15)N稳定同位素分析法,对样品的碳、氮稳定同位素特征进行了测定和分析。结果表明:采样点S1底栖动物的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N值变动范围分别在-20.04‰~-18.63‰和6.30‰~11.05‰,采样点S2底栖动物的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N值变动范围分别在-19.96‰~-13.71‰和6.28‰~14.62‰。S1底栖动物营养级范围为2.00~3.40,S2底栖动物营养级范围为2.00~4.45,表明受人为扰动的潮间带生物营养级均值较低,营养级层次较短。由δ^(15)N值计算所得的营养级图分析可知,黑石礁岩相潮间带初级消费者主要为滤食性双壳类及杂食性的腹足类,次级消费者主要为植食性多板类、甲壳类及肉食性虾虎鱼类。In order to explore the characteristics of trophic structure among macrobenthos groups in the rocky intertidal zone of Heishijiao,in April 2021,macrobenthos samples were collected from two sampling points that were disturbed by human activities(S1)and well maintained natural habitats(S2)in the rocky intertidal zone of Heishijiao.δ^(13)C andδ^(15)N stable isotope analysis method is used to measure and analyze the carbon and nitrogen stable isotope characteristics of the sample.The range of organisms isotopic values in S1 were-20.04‰to-18.63‰forδ^(13)C and 6.30‰to 11.05‰forδ^(15)N;and-19.96‰to-13.71‰(δ^(13)C)and 6.28‰to 14.62‰(δ^(15)N)in S2.The trophic level of S1 benthos ranges from 2.00 to 3.40,and that of S2 benthos ranges from 2.00 to 4.45,indicating that the mean trophic level of intertidal organisms disturbed by human activities is low and the trophic level is short.According to the analysis of the trophic level map calculated byδ^(15)N value,the primary consumers in the intertidal zone of Heishijiao lithofacies are mainly filter feeding bivalves and omnivorous gastropods,and the secondary consumers are mainly phytophagous polyphylla,crustaceans and carnivorous shrimp tiger fish.
