摘 要:总氮是珠江口近岸海域总量控制的主要污染物,通过实测法评估了珠江口海域深圳侧总氮入海排放总量,结合珠江口近岸海域水质目标,运用分区达标控制法对总氮环境容量进行计算,基于陆海统筹考虑,分配了研究范围内各行政区域总氮削减量。结果表明,2019年珠江口海域深圳侧总氮入海排放总量为18064.43 t/a,其中,入海河流排放量为15442.06 t/a,输入占比为85.5%,入海排污口排放量为2622.37 t/a,输入占比为14.5%。总氮需要削减9858.56 t/a,削减比例为49%,其中福永街道需要削减3720.65 t/a,西乡街道需要削减2491.14 t/a,沙井街道需要削减2224.49 t/a,茅洲河需要削减685.50 t/a。研究结果对有效改善珠江口近岸海域环境质量具有重要参考价值。Total nitrogen is determined as the main pollutant for total quantity control in the coastal area of Pearl River Estuary.The total quantity of land-based pollutants into the sea is evaluated by using the measurement method.Combined with the coastal water quality target of Pearl River Estuary,Calculate the background environmental capacity of total nitrogen into the sea by using the coastal water quality management.Plan the land and sea as a whole,the total nitrogen reduction of administrative regions in the study area was allocated.It turned out that the total quantity of total nitrogen into the sea in 2019 is 18064.43 t/a measured at the Pearl River Estuary in Shenzhen.The total nitrogen emission of main rivers is calculated to be 15442.06 t/a,the proportion is 85.5%.The total nitrogen emission of sewage outlet into the sea is calculated to be 2622.37 t/a,the proportion is 14.5%.It is necessary to reduce the emission by 9858.56 t/a.The emission reduction ratio is 49%.Among them,the reduction of Fuyong Street was 3720.65 t/a,the reduction of Xixiang Street was 2491.14 t/a,the reduction of Shajing Street was 2224.49 t/a,and the reduction of Maozhou River was 685.50 t/a.This study has important reference value for effectively improving the environmental quality of Pearl River Estuary.
