摘　　要：通过考察陕西省子洲县“7.26”特大暴雨洪涝成因和灾后重建工作,运用实地考察和要素分析法,从水生态文明建设视角分析暴雨致灾的成因并提出改进的可行性措施,为地区高质量发展提供可行性参考。By investigating the causes of the“7.26”heavy rainstorm flood and post-disaster reconstruction in Zizhou County,Shaanxi Province,and from the perspective of water ecological civilization construction,the causes of the disaster were analyzed by the field investigation and factor analysis methods.In order to respond to the situation,some feasible measures were putted forward,which provide a feasible reference for the high-quality development of the region.
