摘 要:目的探讨躯干稳定性训练联合低频肌肉电刺激仪对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的影响。方法选择2020年5月~2021年6月期间湘南学院附属医院收治的78例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,根据随机数表法随机分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。对照组实施躯干稳定性训练,观察组在对照组基础上增加低频肌肉电刺激仪治疗,监测治疗前后的平衡功能变化,对比两组治疗前后NIHSS评分和生活质量,并对比两组总有效率,评估患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗4周后、8周后和治疗后3个月后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后MBI评分、BBS评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。观察组限制轮椅、辅助步行占比与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组跌倒风险显著低于对照组,而完全独立者显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论躯干稳定性训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫基础上,联合低频肌肉电刺激仪,可有效提升改善患者神经功能缺损症状,有效纠正偏瘫导致的平衡功能障碍,提升患者生活质量,该联合治疗方案可进一步提升患者康复效果,预后改善较佳。Objective To explore the effect of trunk stability training combined with low-frequency muscle electrical stimulation on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 78 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University from May 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39).The control group was treated with trunk stability training,and the observation group was treated with low-frequency muscle electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The changes of balance function before and after treatment were monitored.The NIH SS score and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the total effective rate was compared between the two groups to evaluate the treatment effect of patients.Results The NIH SS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 4 weeks,8 weeks and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MBI score and BBS score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of restricted wheelchair and assisted walking between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The fall risk of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the completely independent was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Trunk stability training combined with low frequency muscle electrical stimulation can effectively improve the symptoms of neurological deficit,effectively correct the balance dysfunction caused by hemiplegia,and improve the quality of life of patients.The combined treatment
