摘 要:目的探讨显微血管减压术(MVD)治疗神经源性高血压的手术适应症、疗效等进行分析。方法选择1例单纯性神经源性高血压患者,符合手术入选标准,术前MRI影像支持,在全麻下行左侧延髓腹外侧(VLM)和后组颅神经MVD。结果患者MVD术后血压与术前血压对比有统计学显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论选择合适的患者,左侧VLM和后组颅神经MVD治疗神经源性高血压疗效确切。Objective To explore the surgical indications and efficacy of microvascular decompression(MVD)for the treatment of neurogenic hypertension.Methods A patient with simple neurogenic hypertension who met the surgical inclusion criteria,supported by preoperative MRI images,underwent left ventrolateral medullary(VLM)and posterior cranial nerve MVD under general anesthesia was selected.Results The blood pressure of the patient after MVD was related to the operation.There was statistically significant difference between postoperative blood pressure and pre-blood pressure(P<0.01).Conclusion Selecting the right patient for left VLM and posterior cranial nerve MVD are effective in the treatment of neurogenic hypertension.
