摘　　要：本文对我国当前就业结构和就业质量进行研究,聚焦近年来影响就业质量的几大宏观背景,即“就业去工业化”趋势显著、劳动力供给进入“刘易斯区间”、机器替代浪潮对低技能就业造成冲击,以及平台经济模式快速扩张,并讨论了宏观因素影响下的劳动技能分化、劳动收入分化以及劳动关系分化的现象。针对当前劳动力市场就业质量出现的“技能降级化”“收入两极化”“过度零工化”等问题,本文提出了相应的政策建议,探讨如何在经济高质量发展的同时实现劳动者的高质量就业。This paper analyzes the current employment structure and employment quality in China,focusing on several macro-level background factors that have affected the employment quality in recent years,namely the significant trend of“employment deindustrialization”,the labor supply entering the Lewis Interval,the impact of the wave of machine substitution on low skilled employment,and the rapid expansion of the platform economy model.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the differentiation of labor skills,labor remuneration and labor relationship under the influence of macro factors.This paper analyzes the problems of“skill degradation”,“excessive flexible work”and“income polarization”in the employment quality of the current labor market,and puts forward corresponding policy considerations.
