摘 要:为提高对大电流接地开关设计结构的认识,提高设计可靠性,文中对某型号发电机断路器成套装置用接地开关进行了设计研究。接地开关体积小,动热稳定性考核严苛,采用经验公式与仿真分析相结合的方法,完成了满足短时耐受电流130 kA(3 s)、峰值耐受电流390 kA参数条件的接地开关设计,并通过动热稳定型式试验验证了设计的合理性和可靠性。For improving the understanding of design structure of high current earthing switch and enhancing the design reliability,the design of earthing switch for a complete set of generator circuit breaker is studied.The earthing switch is small in size,and its peak and short-time withstand current type tests are severe.The design of the earthing switch meeting short-time withstand current of 130 kA(3 s)and peak withstand current of 390 kA is completed by combination of empirical formula and simulation analysis.The rationality and reliability of the design are verified by peak and short-time withstand current type tests.
