摘  要:为获得一种更加经济和安全的活性氯消毒剂在线制备方法,本文以间歇式电解槽为实验装置,优选阳极极板材料、检测装置电化性能和制备条件;以此为依据设计连续式电解装置、根据能斯特公式确定外加电压,探索其工作参数;以苯酚为对象对比产品消毒剂、间歇式电解槽和连续型电解槽的氧化性能。结果表明,钌铱涂层钛基极板的电化性能优于其他涂层;间歇式电解槽可在电解时间30 min、极板间距3 mm、电解液浓度为3%、pH为8、电流密度为20 A/dm^(2)的条件下以6.43元/kg的制备成本获得有效氯浓度1.4%的消毒剂;连续式电解槽在电解电压6 V,蠕动泵转速为30 r/min、电解液浓度在3%的条件下,140 min内工作性能稳定,可以21.19元/kg的制备成本获得有效氯浓度为0.4%的消毒剂。连续型电解装置的产品有效氯输出持续稳定,适用于大量的污染水处理,间歇式电解槽可获得较高浓度的有效氯,适用于重度污染的水处理,均优于产品消毒剂消毒效果。In this paper,the intermittent electrolytic cell was used as the experimental device,and the single-factor experimental method was used to optimize the anode plate material,the electrochemical performance,and the preparation conditions of the detection device.On this basis,the continuous electrolysis device was designed,the applied voltage Is determined according to the Nernst formula,and its working parameters were explored.The phenol was used as the object,the oxidation properties of disinfectant,intermittent electrolytic cell,and continuous electrolytic cell were compared.
