摘 要:基于超重力技术处理氨氮废水的工作原理与机制,引入高活性药剂-解氨剂协同处理,着重研究活性剂投放量、pH、温度、气液比、电机转速、废水初始浓度等因素对脱氮率的影响。得出在解氨剂投加量60 mg/L,pH=13,温度45℃,气液比2500 L/m3,电机转数1400 r/min的试验条件下,氨氮脱除率最高达到97.8%,废水初始浓度对脱氮率影响不大。与传统吹脱技术不同的是,超重力技术在效果稳定性、操作难度、处理成本和氨氮去除效率等方面具有显著优势,市场化推广具有重大潜力。The working principle and mechanism of the ultra-gravimetric method with compound denitrification agent in treating ammonia-nitrogen wastewater were introduced.The effects of the dosage of denitrification agent,pH,temperature,gas-liquid ratio,motor speed,and initial ammonia nitrogen were studied in the experiment.The initial concentration of wastewater has little effect on the denitrification rate.Under the conditions of pH=13,the temperature is 45℃,the gas-liquid ratio is 2500 L/m3,the denitrification agent is in the dosage of 60 mg/L,the motor speed is 1400 r/min,the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen can reach 97.8%.Unlike the traditional stripping method,the ultra-gravimetric technology has significant advantages of stable effects,simple operation,low treatment cost,and high ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency.This technology has great potential for market promotion.
