摘　　要：本文结合绥中港近、远期锚泊需求,对锚地周边环境影响因素进行分析。本着科学规划锚地,合理利用锚地水域资源的原则,对锚地规划布置进行优化调整,保障船舶锚泊安全,满足港区发展定位需求。Based on the short-term and long-term anchoring demand of Suizhong port,this paper analyzes the environmental factors around the anchorage.Based on the principle of scientific planning of anchorage and rational use of anchorage water resources,the planning and layout of anchorage are optimized to ensure the safety of ship anchoring and meet the needs of port development and positioning.
