摘 要:近年来,我国新建了很多专业化粮食码头。与煤炭、矿石等散货码头相比,粮食码头呈现出用电负荷多、分布分散等特点。并且由于粮食在运输中会产生粉尘,在整个运输流程存在爆炸危险区。在电气设备选型时,应选择防爆型设备,并设置防静电接地设备。本文通过对北方某专业化粮食码头配电系统设计进行介绍,列举了用电负荷种类,并针对其中的工艺设备供电系统、变电所布置、电缆敷设等方面着重进行了分析和介绍。以便于在进行粮食码头配电设计中加以借鉴。In recent years,many specialized grain terminals have been built in China.Compared with the terminals for such bulk cargo as coal and ore,grain terminals have a wide geographical distribution and lead to more electrical power load.Grain transportation generates dust,which may cause explosion during the transportation process.In the case,the selection priority shall be given to explosion-proof electrical equipment,complete with anti-static grounding equipment.Based on the design of power supply system of a specialized grain terminal in North China,the categories of electric power load are listed,power supply system of process equipment,substation layout and cable laying are analyzed in detail.The research will provide a reference for the power distribution design of grain terminals.
