摘  要:金凤城市中心1#楼采用了预制柱的混凝土框架结构体系,部分长悬臂梁采用了H型钢梁。对比了H型钢梁与混凝土柱的常用节点形式,提出了一种混凝土柱和H型钢梁刚性连接的肋板式新型节点形式。采用有限元软件对节点进行了梁截面宽度、水平肋板宽度、预埋板厚度、栓钉数量的参数化分析,得出钢梁截面宽度对节点与梁线刚度比影响最大、水平肋板宽度影响其次、预埋板厚度影响次之、栓钉数量及布置影响较小的结论。对应用在本工程中的典型节点进行了强度、刚性分析,验证了该节点形式的安全可靠。Concrete frame structure with precast columns was adopted in Building 1 of Jinfeng City Center project,in addition to that,H-shaped steel beams served as part of large-span cantilever beams.Compared to common joints between H-shaped steel beam and concrete column,an innovative joint with rib plates that provided rigid connection was proposed.Finite element software was used to perform parametric analysis of the joints in terms of beam section width,horizontal rib plate width,thickness of embedded plates and quantity of shear studs.It is put forward that the sectional width of steel beam is the primary factor that contributes the most to the stiffness ratio,followed by the width of horizontal rib plate,and then the thickness of embedded plate,while the quantity and layout of shear studs is deemed to have the minimum influence to stiffness ratio.Moreover,the strength and rigidity of typical joints applied in this project are analyzed and verified,which shows that the above joint form is safe and reliable.
