摘  要:针对水下钻爆工程存在成本费用差异较大的问题,过研究钻孔爆破孔、排距,装药量等钻爆参数对爆破块度、爆破浅点形成的影响,分析爆破孔排距、装药量、块度、浅点、钻机船工效、挖泥船工效、泥驳工效与成本费用的关系,提出水下钻爆施工钻孔、爆破、挖装、运输、浅点处理费用优化方案。根据不同岩石性质、构造特点,经过试爆确定爆破参数,使水下钻爆成本费用可控,从而使水下钻爆工程获得较好的综合效益。通过试爆确定爆破参数,使理论计算与实际成本数据吻合较好,从而使水下钻爆工程获得较好的综合效益。In view of much difference in underwater drilling and blasting cost,Through studying the influence of such parameters as drilling and blasting holes,row spacing,charging quantity on the blasting fragmentation and shallow points,analysis is carried out for the relationship between the cost and the spacing of blasting holes,charging quantity,fragmentation size,shallow points,the efficiency of drilling rig,dredger and mud barge.And then an optimum plan is put forward in order to reduce the cost of underwater drilling,blasting,dredging and loading,transportation,and shallow point treatment.According to the difference in rock property and structural characteristic,the blasting parameters are determined by trial blasting,which makes underwater drilling and blasting cost controllable,the theoretical calculation being in good agreement with actual cost data,and achieves better comprehensive benefits.
