大学生志愿服务“麦当劳化”特征及对策研究

摘　　要：大学生参与志愿活动是青年参与社会建设的一种重要途径。基于问卷调查和深入访谈,分析大学生志愿服务“麦当劳化”的主要特征及形成原因,为大学生高质量开展志愿服务提出建议。研究发现,大学生志愿服务呈现追求简化、可预测、可控制及可计算的“麦当劳化”特征,主要是由于大学生志愿组织缺乏专业培训、志愿模式固化。可以通过促进志愿服务与需求精准对接、建立以服务对象为主的评估体系、采用创新和与时俱新的志愿服务模式,来提升大学生志愿服务的质量。College students’participation in voluntary activities is an important way for young people to partici-pate in social construction.Based on questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this paper analyzes the main charac-teristics and causes of the“McDonaldization”of college students’voluntary services,and puts forward sugges-tions for college students to carry out high-quality voluntary services.The study found that college students’vol-untary service is characterized by the pursuit of simplification,predictability,controllability and calculability,which is mainly due to the lack of professional training in college students’voluntary organizations and the solidi-fication of voluntary models.The quality of college students’voluntary service can be improved by promoting the precise connection between voluntary service and demand,establishing an evaluation system based on service ob-jects,and adopting innovative and up-to-date voluntary service models.
