摘　　要：大数据技术的快速发展和广泛应用,为高校开展个性化思想政治教育提供了技术支撑。该文将大数据概念引入高校思政教育研究领域,探讨大数据环境下创新高校个性化思想政治教育的机遇和挑战,并从提升教育者大数据运用能力、大数据使用规范化和制度化等角度提出对策,尝试构建大数据背景下的个性化思想政治教育模式。The rapid development and wide application of big data technology have provided technical support for colleges and universities to carry out personalized ideological and political education.In this study,the concept of big data was introduced into the research field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the opportunities and challenges of innovative personalized ideological and political education in colleges and uni-versities in the big data environment were discussed,and the countermeasures were proposed from the perspective of improving educators’ability to use big data,normalization and institutionalization of big data use,hoping to build a personalized ideological and political education model in the context of big data.
