摘　　要：随着高校招生计划的不断增加,大学生就业创业面临新的挑战。在“互联网+”大赛背景下,提升高校大学生的创新创业能力刻不容缓。采用问卷调查、文献分析等方式,对医药卫生专业大学生的创新创业意愿及各层面影响因素交叉分析发现,对创业感兴趣的大学生中有兼职经历或参加过社团活动的人占比较高。独生子女和父母学历高低对大学生是否对创业感兴趣无显著性影响。针对医药卫生专业大学生创新创业意愿较弱、创新创业知识欠缺、创新创业能力培养环境支撑不足等问题,应结合专业特点加强创新创业教育力度、搭建“互联网+”大赛创新创业资源整合平台、加强对医药卫生专业大学生创业就业进程的追踪与服务等,以为医药卫生行业人才的培养与发展提供科学参考。With the continuous increase of college enrollment plans,college students are facing new challenges in employment and entrepreneurship.Under the background of“Internet+”competition,it is urgent to improve college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.With questionnaire survey,and literature review,etc,the cross-analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship intention of medical and health major students and influencing factors at various levels found that the proportion of college students who are interested in entrepreneurship have part-time experience or participated in community activities is high.There is no significant influence of the only child and the education level of their parents on whether college students are interested in entrepreneurship.There are some problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students of medicine and health major:students’weak innovation and entrepreneurship willingness,lack of knowledge,and lack of environment support of ability training,etc.It is suggested to combine with the major characteristics,promote innovation and entrepreneurship education,establish“internet+”contest innovation and entrepreneurship resource integrated platform,and promote the trace and service of the process of entrepreneurship and employment of students of medical and health major,in order to provide scientific reference for the training and development of talents of medical and health industry.
