当代大学生志愿服务特征及影响因素——基于天津高校的实证调研

摘　　要：大学生在志愿服务事业中具有先驱性和引领性,对推动志愿服务事业发展意义较大。随机向天津市24所高校2021—2022学年的专科及以上学历在校生发放调查问卷,并对其高校志愿服务组织的负责人和志愿者开展访谈。调查结果显示,大学生的志愿服务意识强烈,志愿服务氛围良好,但志愿服务组织的管理有待完善。男生的志愿服务参与率稍高于女生。学生志愿服务参与者中,学生干部对志愿精神的理解认同度和参与度更高。为充分发挥当代大学生在志愿服务中的生力军作用,高校、家庭及社会应充分发挥志愿模范的引领作用,加强对志愿精神的宣传推广,积极营造健康向善的志愿服务氛围,通过搭建志愿服务一体化平台等,不断完善志愿服务管理机制,保障志愿者的合法权益。College students are pioneering and leading in voluntary service career,which is of great significance to promote the development of voluntary career.The study randomly issues questionnaires to students at school with college degree and above in 24 colleges in Tianjin City from 2021 to 2022,and interviews the responsible persons and volunteers of university voluntary service organization.The results of the investigation show that college students have a strong sense of volunteer service and a good atmosphere for volunteer service,but the management of volunteer service organizations needs to be improved.The volunteer participation rate of male students is slightly higher than that of female students.Among the participants of student volunteer service,student cadres have higher understanding,recognition and participation in volunteer spirit.In order to give full play to the role of modern college students as a fresh force in volunteer service,colleges,families and society should give full play to the leading role of volunteer models,promote the publicity and volunteer spirit,actively create healthy and good volunteer service atmosphere,and constantly improve the management mechanism of volunteer service and protect the legitimate rights and interests of volunteers by building scientific volunteer service platform.
