就业辅导对大学生心理焦虑的调控效果研究

摘　　要：为了探讨就业辅导对大学生心理焦虑的调控效果,选取某高校60名大四学生为调查对象,将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各30例,并对其进行心理焦虑水平监测。结果表明,经过就业辅导干预的大学生(实验组),其状态焦虑和特质焦虑前测与后测之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组与对照组大学生的心理焦虑水平后测存在显著性差异(P<0.05),且实验组后测的平均值显著低于实验组前测和对照组后测的平均值,说明就业辅导对大学生的心理焦虑具有调控作用。In order to explore the regulation effect of psychological anxiety of college students through employment counseling,the study selects 60 senior students of a college as the investigation objects,divides them into experiment group and control group with 30 students in each group,and monitors their psychological anxiety level.The results show that there is statistically significant difference in state anxiety and trait anxiety before and after intervention in the experiment group(P<0.05).There is statistically significant difference in psychological anxiety level before and after intervention in experiment group and control group(P<0.05).The average level of experiment group after intervention is significantly lower than the average level of experiment group before intervention and control group after intervention,indicating that employment counseling has regulation effect on psychological anxiety of college students.
