摘　　要：工业大麻具有较高的药用价值及商业价值,近年成为专利申请的热点领域之一。通过技术合作、技术领域及技术市场三方面分析我国工业大麻专利领域布局和江苏、山东、浙江、安徽、云南、黑龙江六省的前十位专利分类及数量看,工业大麻在医药及卫生领域的应用将成为专利申请的重点。Industrial hemp has high medicinal and commercial value,and has become one of the hot fields of patent application in recent years.The study analyzes the patent distribution of industrial hemp,and the classification and quantity of the top ten patents in six provinces:Jiangsu,Shandong,Zhejiang,Anhui,Yunnan and Heilongjiang through technical cooperation,technology and technology market.It is found that the application of industrial hemp in the field of medicine and health will become the focus of patent application.
